The whole technology is new and untested and radios are just talking boxes to them.

The modern guys don't get it because the idea of a remote controlled hero is kind of a joke to them. They're used to robots that walk, talk, and get married.

So Electro was was ahead of his time in WW2 and is way behind the times in 2008. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22842788.post-29294301992582265882008-01-09T22:46:00.000-05:002008-01-09T22:46:00.000-05:00HAHAHAHA!Never heard of that. Now, were it Captain America, the number would be higher.

Chris Weston is always hyper-detailed and I can't recall any of his comics shipping late really. The Filth came out on time as did Fantastic Four: First Family. Plus, lots of lead time.

Guess it will come down to me in the store and what mood strikes me. How about this, use the coolness factor of Bernie Mirault's The Jam instead.Timothy Callahanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04078183191900311833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22842788.post-27662714282384264782008-01-09T22:24:00.000-05:002008-01-09T22:24:00.000-05:00That's a pretty high number. Although you're clea...That's a pretty high number. Although you're clearly underestimating Captain America's coolness. It should start at one gazillion, since he's the first American guy to punch a Nazi in the face. So, recalculate with a base of one gazillion, and you'll see how hard it is to ignore The Twelve.

You should probably wait and buy the inevitable hardcover, honestly, and I would be shocked if this sucker was released without delays (Weston's pages are PACKED with detail), but I'll be buying the floppies!Timothy Callahanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04078183191900311833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22842788.post-64495418647048870562008-01-09T22:10:00.000-05:002008-01-09T22:10:00.000-05:0018.36... is that a good cool factor?I was on the f...18.36... is that a good cool factor?

I was on the fence about buying this, but now I'm leaning towards the "buy" side and may just fall off before I hit a shop.Chad Nevetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11785622045733202883noreply@blogger.com
